Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, West
Virginia, Kentucky &
Tennessee.
Delta's Market Focus:
- One Step Wholesale:
- Siding, drywall, roofing, window manufacturer's and
other Specialty 1-Step Wholesale/Distribution.
- Two Step Distribution:
- Building Material Distributors, Co-ops, Sash & Door
Jobbers and other Specialty 2-Step Distribution.
- Retail/Home Centers:
- Service and sales to 84 Lumber, DIY, Carter Lumber, Moore's and other large
home centers.
- Manufactured Housing:
- Service and direct sales to the Manufactured Housing
Industry.
Delta Support:
- Professional Service Representatives to manage the set
up of new stores and maintenance of the important everyday sales
and service in the above commercial and retail markets.
- Show Participation at the National Hardware Show, Home
Center Show, Remodeler's Show, NARI, NAHB and other national,
local trade shows and distributor buying shows.
- Field Support for customer complaints, and hands on
support of customer needs and concerns. Delta actively
participates in local contractor breakfasts, cookouts, sales
training and relationship building events to better service our
manufacturers and promote the grass roots support from the end
users of our products.
- Detailed call reporting and service call reporting.
Delta Sales & Marketing understands the needs of our
manufacturers. Thorough coverage and consistent call scheduling is
our greatest strength.
- Creative promoting. We proactively promote our products
by involving the sales associates at our wholesalers and
distributors. Whether it is through contests, premiums or spiffs,
getting the inside sales person to become involved in pushing our
products has been extremely successful for our manufacturers. We
understand the value of creativity.
